Diamond Abrasive Chains 36 GBE and 36 GBM
The STIHL concrete cutter now boasts LowStretch chains 36 GBM and 36 GBE. The special hard coating on the rivet holes and the drive links gives diamond abrasive chains low chain elongation. The material's special layer structure reduces wear, allowing you to cut stone for longer, and minimise costs. STIHL has developed two special chains for a variety of different applications: The 36 GBM chain is perfectly suited to concrete and hard stone, while the lower-priced 36 GBE chain can be used to cut materials such as brick and cinder blocks.

The special hard coating on the rivet holes and the drive links gives the chains low chain elongation. This means you can make more cuts and work for longer before re-tensioning the chains. The chains' special layer structure gives them a harder coating on the outside than on the inside. This makes the surface layer harder than the cut material particles, reducing wear during the cutting process. At the same time, the chain's material characteristics maintain elasticity. The four additional water channels on the Rollomatic G guide bar minimise wear even further.
