STIHL board members reappointed

The advisory board of STIHL AG unanimously reappointed the members of the executive board Dr. Peter Dürolf (Vice President Finance and Personnel) and Wolfgang Zahn (Vice President Development) for another five years. Their new term of office starts from July 1, 2006.   Dr. Peter Dürolf has been STIHL Vice President Finance and Personnel since July 1, 2002. He takes responsibility for the areas Finance, Controlling, Strategic Planning, Organisation and Information, Legal Department as well as Personnel.   Wolfgang Zahn joined STIHL on February 1, 1999 as deputy board member of STIHL AG. He was appointed Vice President Development from July 1, 1999 and from July 1, 2002 reappointed for another five years. His scope of duties includes the entire research and product development worldwide.
