Hans Peter Stihl turns seventy Hans Peter Stihl celebrates his 70th birthday on April 18, 2002. He is the general partner of STIHL Holding AG & Co. and the chairman of STIHL AG, which is also a general partner of this family company. Up to February 2001 Hans Peter Stihl was president of the Association of German Chambers of Industry and Commerce and the Stuttgart Region Chamber of Industry and Commerce. Now he is honorary president of both these chamber organisations.
