Fitting the chain and bar correctly
Chain quick tensioning

Do you have all the parts needed for your chainsaw? Then you can start assembling them. Wear safety gloves whenever necessary, such as when handling the saw chain.

Step 2 of 14: Unscrew the chain sprocket cover

Go to a certain step in the instructions

1. Lay out the various parts of your chainsaw 2. Unscrew the chain sprocket cover 3. Turn the adjusting wheel 4. Lay the chain on the bar 5. Bar hangs in chain 6. Chain facing in right direction? 7. Lay the chain and bar on the power unit 8. Secure the chain sprocket cover 9. Turn the winged nut 10. Turn the adjusting screw 11. Tighten down the chain sprocket cover 12. Check the chain tension (visual check) 13. Check the chain tension (by pulling) 14. Apply the chain brake
