STIHL Ematic™-System
The STIHL Ematic™ system reduces the consumption of chain lubricant by up to 50%, depending on the cutting attachment used and the type of timber being cut. The system comprises an Ematic™ guide bar, Oilomatic® saw chain and variable-flow or reduced-flow oil pump. Chain lubricant is only distributed to those points at which it is actually needed, with as little loss as possible.
